Last Friday the whole MultiMinds team sat down together for a strategic session.
We looked at where we think the market is heading, how we want to anticipate it, and what that means for the next 12 months and the next 3 years.
A company's direction only means something if the people building it every day understand it, believe in it, and helped define it. That's why every person in the room has a say in shaping the goals.
The session also marked the close of our fiscal year, and we closed it well. All 12 commitments we set for ourselves last year, done. Some of them carry into next year too, with a few tweaks based on what we learned.
Every month we hit a commitment, the team got a gift. This month's was a MultiMinds branded suitcase. Why a suitcase? Because in September the whole team is going abroad for teambuilding. 🙌
