Growing together, doing things differently: Inside our second Rock Day ⛳️🚀 At Rock.estate, we believe that scaling a company shouldn't mean losing the individual voices that build it. That is why we created Rock Day, a recurring initiative designed to bring our entire team together to shape our next chapters, adapt as we grow, and ensure we continue improving the way we do things. On June 5th, we hosted our second edition, balancing forward-looking strategy with team bonding. We kicked off the morning with a collaborative workshop where every team mapped out their concrete objectives, metrics, and future vision. For us, this isn't just an exercise; it reflects our commitment to a flat structure. We want to ensure that everyone has the space to openly share their ideas and insights, directly driving our collective success as a team. 📈 After an intensive morning of brainstorming and presentations, we swapped our laptops for golf clubs and headed out for a golf initiation session. 🏌️‍♂️ Building a resilient company is about more than just working side-by-side; it is also about stepping away from our screens to spend quality time together. To wrap up the day, the entire team headed out for a company dinner to unwind and connect. 🍽️ A big thank you to everyone for participating with such great energy and enthusiasm. Rock Day #2 was a fantastic success, and we are already looking forward to version 3.0! 🚀
