Lots of options, from legacy desktop software to AI-native platforms that did not exist two years ago. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆: 𝟭𝟳 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗥𝗣 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀 The core stack most B2B products need to cover: • QuickBooks (SMB default) • NetSuite and Sage Intacct (mid-market and enterprise) • Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, Zoho Books (long-tail SMB) • Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, Workday (ERP layer) • Rillet, Digits, Dualentry, Campfire (newer entrants) • QuickBooks Desktop (still widely installed) 𝟭𝟱 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿 Including Oracle Fusion Cloud (upcoming), the Sage family (Sage 50, 100, 300, 500), and newer platforms like Puzzle, Doss, Kick, and more. Why this matters for your integration roadmap If you are a fintech or vertical SaaS company selling into the US, you need QuickBooks and NetSuite at a minimum.
