We're opening the role with the most direct impact on our revenue at Chift: Key Account Manager for our biggest accounts 🇪🇺 At Chift API, our clients aren't clients. We're looking for someone to own our biggest international accounts: Revolut, Pleo, Mollie, Square, Wise, and more. This isn't a traditional customer success role. It requires strategy, GTM alignment, and the ability to navigate dozens of stakeholders inside the same company, all the way to the C-suite. Because Chift isn't just a tool our clients log into. It's the infrastructure powering one of their core features: integrations. 🔎 The role: own these relationships end-to-end. Drive expansion. Influence the product roadmap. Build joint Go-To-Market plays with the most exciting fintechs in Europe. Direct line to the founders. 🧑‍💻 5+ years in B2B SaaS KAM or strategic account management. Comfortable in product and API conversations, or with the curiosity to get there fast. AI-native. AI agents are changing how software connects, and integrations are becoming the backbone of every serious B2B software.
