There's a moment every airport transfer operator hits: your own fleet isn't enough.
Not because of poor planning. A corporate travel manager requests 8 vehicles for four days across Brussels Airport. You run 12 cars. Six are already committed.
The standard fix is an informal arrangement with a trusted colleague. A phone call, a WhatsApp thread, a handshake on rates. It works at low volume. At scale, it becomes its own operational problem — pricing disputes, zero visibility on partner drivers, passenger complaints that land with you.
