Most airport transfer operators in Belgium, the Netherlands, or northern France are one structured decision away from running cross-border routes profitably.
The demand is there. Brussels–Paris, Antwerp–Amsterdam, Ghent–Lille — corporate clients book these routes. What holds operators back is the operational model: how to price a route that crosses a border, how to handle tolls consistently, how to cover the other end without a second fleet.
