We are excited to announce that Apheon portfolio company Haudecoeur, headquartered in France, has acquired Natur Food GmbH (Germany) and Heliadis Belgium (Belgium), thereby accelerating its European buy-and-build.
These two complementary acquisitions mark a significant step in Haudecoeur's development, expanding the company internationally for the first time, opening new geographies and a new addressable market, further establishing Haudecoeur as a leading European platform in world food.
