UVM testbenches are too complex for an AI coding agent to review from syntax alone. A testbench can compile and still contain issues in factory registration, constructors, utility macros, overrides or phase methods. Asking the same LLM that generated the code to validate it only adds another probabilistic opinion. In this screencast, an AI coding agent works with Sigasi through MCP to identify and fix UVM-specific issues using deterministic, project-aware feedback. Sigasi understands the configured UVM library, SystemVerilog project context and UVM-specific rules. The agent can act on precise diagnostics instead of guessing how the framework should behave. Sigasi supports checks for issues such as incorrect utility macros, invalid object instantiation, improper overrides and incorrect constructors.
