Nora H. runs graduation for a European university. Fifty ceremonies a year, two hundred students each. That is 10,000 certificates, and for years every one of them was made one at a time in PowerPoint. 😮
Add the evaluation reports and the scoring cards, and you have a job nobody on the team wanted. They were understaffed, and the work only grew.
So they built one template and connected it to the student database. Now Snapshot generates two hundred certificates in about thirty seconds. Two days of work per ceremony became half a minute. Three to five people became one. Zero errors. 🎓
