Quick product tip: Live Link is the feature most people underestimate. 🔗
Here is what it does. You take a chart or a table already sitting in your PowerPoint, and you bind it to a data source. Excel, SQL, Salesforce, SharePoint, whatever holds the number. From then on the object is live. When the data changes, the slide changes.
You decide how. Refresh manually with a click when you are ready. Set it on a schedule. Or have it update automatically every time the file opens, so the deck is always current the moment you present it. ⚡
The reason it matters is that you stay inside PowerPoint the whole time. No new tool to learn, no export step, no rebuilding. The slide you already have simply stops being frozen.
Most teams start with one chart, watch it update on its own, and then want everything connected within a week.
