Deep draught, low tide.
Took me a long 15 minutes to get the loaded tanker moored in the lock.
The mud sediment in the lock chamber kept her from the lock wall. Even with all lines tied and under tension, there was a 50 cm gap between the lock wall and the vessel’s hull.
Once the lock was closed and the waterlevel rose she could be berthed without the gap.
