De Clerck ramen en deuren has made windows and doors since 1965 and completes plenty of projects a week.
Their salespeople used to build every quotation in the same software that drives the production machinery, which took hours and demanded deep technical knowledge.
Since going live on 1 July, they switch a quotation from PVC to aluminium in one click. The quotation comes out in plain language, written for the customer instead of the machine.
Frederik De Clerck built much of the configurator himself in our Design Studio, without code.
