Five years of NPS surveys. 5,433 answers.
Since 2021 we've had an NPS question running inside Hive CPQ.
Not an annual survey email, but a prompt that appears while people are configuring products, building quotes, and placing orders.
The median score across all 5,433 responses is a 9.
The most common answer is a 10. There are 2,111 of those.
We're proud of that, and we're aware of what sits behind it.
Five years of answers have shaped Hive CPQ into the product it is today.
Not in one big strategic leap, but in the small corrections that only the people using it every day can point out.
The left side of the chart is where we spend most of our time.
A small percentage of the responses is a six or below, and those arrive with written feedback.
1,326 comments so far. We read all of them, and when a response needs a follow-up, someone from our team picks up the phone.
Ask inside the product. Keep asking. Report the number that describes your users, not the one that flatters them.
