For master's researcher Oumnia Morabit, access to openly available neuroscience datasets hosted by EBRAINS made it possible to expand the ๐๐๐ฑ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ฆ ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง ๐๐ญ๐ฅ๐๐ฌ.
Rather than spending years aacquiring all relevant different histological datasets independently, Oumnia combined openly available and accessible resources hosted on EBRAINS with MRI data to identify 12 amygdaloid subdivisions and integrate them into the 3D atlas.
In the latest ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฌ, Oumnia stressed that:
