Cloud marketplace pricing used to be an afterthought. Now it's becoming its own maze: vCPU-hours, per-request fees, and abstraction layers stacked on top of vendor pricing you barely understood to begin with. Most companies are flying blind on what their next marketplace invoice will actually look like. Amazon Web Services (AWS) just dropped AI Insights on Marketplace: a generative AI feature that translates vendor pricing into plain English, right where you're buying. Pair that with the AWS FinOps Agent launched earlier this year, and a pattern emerges: AWS is betting big that cost transparency is the next battleground in marketplace governance. At Cloudar, we're seeing this play out firsthand: marketplace spend keeps becoming a bigger share of our clients' cloud bills, and that trend shows no sign of slowing down. As marketplaces grow more dominant, the tooling to actually understand what you're paying for has to keep pace. https://lnkd.in/eUPJyear AWS Marketplace AI Insights geeft indicatie van verwachte cloudkosten https://www.techzine.nl/nieuws/infrastructure/580831/aws-market-place-ai-insights-geeft-indicatie-van-verwachte-cloudkosten/
