This is the end of something special. 💖 After almost three years, I’m leaving Depends SEO agency, the agency I built from the ground up together with Mathias. It’s definitely not an easy decision. We’ve put an incredible amount of time and energy into building this company, including plenty of late nights and weekends, and I’m incredibly proud of what we achieved together. From the beginning, we made a very deliberate choice not to become another full-service digital agency. We didn’t want to do everything. We wanted to do one thing exceptionally well: SEO. We wanted to rank pages in Google and deliver real organic growth for our clients. Over the years, that focus paid off. We built a strong reputation, worked with some amazing brands and created a team of people who really know what they’re doing. People came to Depends because they knew we could deliver, and that’s probably one of the things I’m most proud of. But Depends SEO agency was always about more than just the business. I started it with Mathias, who over the years became much more than a business partner. I was the best man at his wedding, which probably says enough about the kind of relationship we built along the way. That also makes stepping away much harder, but at the same time, it makes it easier knowing what I’m leaving behind. Depends is in very good hands with Mathias and a very capable team, and I’m genuinely excited to see where they take the company next. Over the past year, more and more of my time, energy and ambition has shifted towards Rankshift. Trying to build two companies at the same time eventually became impossible, and I knew that if I really wanted to give Rankshift a chance to become what I believe it can become, I had to make a choice. So that’s what I did. I’m very grateful for everything we built at Depends, everyone I met along the way and all the clients who trusted us with their business. Now it’s time to see how far we can take Rankshift. 🚀
