What could the city of tomorrow look like?
From 16 until 20 October 2026, FTI Brussel takes over WIELS with 'Shifting Worlds', an exhibition and programme bringing together artists, scientists, citizens and innovators to explore how our cities are changing.
Expect much more than an exhibition. You can:
🎨 Discover artists imagining the cities of tomorrow
🌱 Join conversations about people, climate and fashion
🔬 Explore the latest developments in science and technology
🧵 Get hands-on in workshops at the Fashion Factory
🎤 Experience talks, performances and panel discussions
🤝 Connect with others around the themes shaping our future
The exhibition brings together installations, sculptures and performative works that invite us to look at Brussels - and cities around the world - differently. Not necessarily offering solutions, but asking us to imagine what could be possible.
