🔗 REHUBS: Empowering Climate-Resilient Rural Communities 🌍 How can digital and nature-based solutions help rural communities adapt to climate change?  REHUBS EU Project brings together partners across Europe to strengthen climate resilience and support the green and digital transition in rural areas. Through a participatory approach, the project co-creates practical solutions that help local communities better prepare for and respond to climate-related challenges. 🤖 At its core, REHUBS develops and validates digital tools and nature-based adaptation solutions, including climate risk assessment, early warning systems, smart irrigation, flood and drought modelling, wildfire detection, biodiversity monitoring, and a Risk Assessment and Adaptation Platform. 🤝 The REHUBS project team was asked: How do synergies shape the future of digital agri-food? “For REHUBS, synergies shape the future of digital agri-food by bringing innovation closer to the rural communities that need it most. By connecting EU projects, local authorities, farmers, researchers and technology providers, synergies help translate climate data, early-warning systems, smart irrigation approaches and nature-based solutions into practical tools for rural adaptation.
