Before joining Venn Telecom, you could find José-David Decoster Cumps chasing down missing supply boxes for events in a freezing warehouse at 4:00 AM. On paper, event logistics and telecom billing look worlds apart. But underneath the chaos, he was building exactly the skills the job needs: staying sharp under pressure and spotting problems before they turn into fires. He has spent his early career as a project manager in logistics, events and merchandising, so no amount of pressure rattles him anymore. Ready for something steadier, but still fast-paced, he made the jump to telecomms. As our newest Billing and Orders Administrator, José David keeps orders flowing and invoices accurate, so the rest of the team can focus on our clients. He was drawn by the chance to bring that same precision into a completely new environment. In his own words, he wants to "bridge the gap between independent efforts and shared targets, so we can deliver awesome results together." Outside the office, you'll usually find him doing laps at the pool, climbing at the bouldering gym, or restarting the Fast & Furious saga from the beginning (again). Good instincts and a steady head go a long way in operations. José David brought both these with him, and we're glad he did.
