AI in training is easy to overhype.
So, we asked someone who actually works with AI where the real value is.
Luiz brings a Ph.D. in Computer Science, years of research and teaching in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and hands-on experience using corporate data to uncover bottlenecks, risks and opportunities (and he just so happens to be our Lead Engineer 😉).
His view?
The interesting part is not replacing the trainer.
It is what AI can add around the human:
A tireless practice partner.
More realistic scenarios.
A tougher client to rehearse with.
Feedback at scale.
And data that can reveal patterns across individuals and teams that would otherwise be easy to miss.
Training becomes far more valuable when it does more than transfer knowledge. It helps people communicate better, make better decisions and perform better when the real conversation starts.
In addition, there is a nice irony in Luiz’s point:
The more intelligently we use AI to practise communication, the more human the outcome can become.
