One stand. Multiple setups. Built to travel.
Immoweb partnered BIG BEAR Studio bv to develop a modular event stand for their Immotour, designed to serve drinks and snacks while making an impact at every stop.
The challenge was to create something distinctive yet practical: a stand that the Immoweb team could assemble, adapt and manage independently.
Our solution? A smart modular system combining steel structures, wooden panels and custom 3D-printed components. Like a flexible set of building blocks, the stand can easily be reconfigured for different events, locations and available spaces.
Replaceable holders accommodate different types of glassware, while integrated shelves provide space to present snacks. We also designed a custom flight case to make transport and storage just as effortless.
A rewarding creative challenge and, above all, a great collaboration with Danny Brosens and the Immoweb team.
