A Digital Product Passport is not only a current data view.
Its relevant history, supporting evidence and access conditions must remain available when the primary platform or economic operator can no longer serve it.
Docbyte Vault now provides an independent DPP back-up and continuity profile. It preserves agreed lifecycle states and supporting documentation, enables controlled retrieval of a specific historical package, and applies the agreed access rules to restricted information.
The DPP platform remains the primary service. Docbyte provides the independent preservation and continuity layer behind it.
The profile is designed for EN 18221-aligned DPP continuity and configured for the relevant implementation and product group.
