Why do AML transformations often get delayed?
A common assumption is that major investments, lengthy preparation phases, and perfectly structured data are prerequisites for moving forward.
But that's not always the case.
After 20+ years leading transformation and implementation projects in financial services, Discai’s Customer Success Lead Nele Vanbiervliet has seen organisations postpone initiatives for reasons that turn out to be less significant than expected.
In fact, most organisations are closer to launching an AML PoC than they think.
