Since 2021 we've asked users one simple question inside Hive CPQ: how likely are you to recommend us?
The median answer: 9 out of 10. Nearly 39% give us a perfect 10. That works out to an NPS of +33, comfortably above the benchmark for B2B software.
What makes me proud is not just the score. It's who is answering. These are not the decision-makers who bought Hive. These are the people who work in it every day. Sales teams, dealers, back-office staff at manufacturers across Europe. The hardest audience to please, and the one that decides whether a configurator actually gets used.
A CPQ platform only creates value when people want to open it. That's the bar we set for ourselves.
And we're not done. Every 0 in that chart is a conversation we want to have. Every 8 is someone we want to turn into a 9. That's what we go for at Hive CPQ, and beyond.
