Innovation in biological crop protection is advancing rapidly. But existing legal frameworks are not fully aligned with the underlying technologies.
Companies bringing these innovations to market face challenges at the intersection of intellectual property and regulation. And these challenges are not limited to a single jurisdiction. They occur across major markets, including the European Union, the United States, Brazil and China.
