In 2025, 23% of supply chain leaders rated AI's disruptive impact as "significant or greater." In 2026, that number reached 48%, a 25-point jump in a single year.
The finding comes from the 2026 MHI and Deloitte Annual Industry Report, released in April, which names AI the most disruptive supply chain technology of the coming decade. The same report ranks the need for real-time data and supply chain visibility among the top four trends leaders are managing this year.
AI systems can only act on the data they're given, and most warehouse and production floors still can't say with precision where their assets, inventory, or people are at any moment. The intelligence is only as good as the visibility beneath it.
That visibility layer is what Pozyx builds: real-time location data that gives AI-driven operations something accurate to reason about.
