How do you build a future-proof integration architecture for a company with thousands of employees? You start by listening. Yara needed more than extra hands for their integration project. They needed a partner who understood the technical side and the human side of the transformation. Our Integration Architect Axel worked closely with Yara's team to map out the future architecture. They researched different scenarios, ran a FIT-scoring exercise, and made a clear call: an event-driven architecture next to API-Led integration, built on AWS. The tech stack isn't the part that stuck with us. This is: "1 + 1 = 3. That's what you should aim for when you work in a team. And that's what we achieved in our collaboration with The Value Hub."
