It's the question on every leader's mind nowadays. But it's probably the wrong one to ask.
With traditional RPA, the math was simple. Time saved x hourly wage = clear business case. But how do you measure the value of a smarter decision? A more creative idea? A happier, more productive employee?
AI's biggest benefits often don't fit neatly into a spreadsheet. Especially when it comes to personal productivity tools, like Microsoft Copilot.
Maybe the real question isn't "Can we measure it?" but "Are we willing to invest in outcomes that go beyond the numbers?"
