Basil is a dedicated software partner for the Belgian notary sector, founded in 2011 as DocSolver and rebranded to focus on notary-specific solutions. Since 2013, the company has served over 400 notaries across Belgium with products including NotaPulse (management information), NotaFlow (communication platform), and Cilantro (remote data integration framework). In 2025, Basil became part of Banyan Software.
