Give a Day
Give a Day is a volunteer-driven Canadian movement that challenges individuals to donate one day's pay on December 1 (World AIDS Day) to combat HIV/AIDS. The initiative has raised over 3 million dollars and directs 100% of donations to the Stephen Lewis Foundation and Dignitas International. The movement has engaged workplace participation including at least 12 hospitals and 16 law firms.
