Founded by Fabrice Brion and headquartered in Mons in the Wallonia region, I-care has grown into a significant player in the industrial AI and condition monitoring space. The company combines hardware sensors, edge computing, and machine learning to monitor rotating machinery, electrical systems, and industrial equipment in real time.

I-care serves sectors including energy, petrochemicals, paper, and metals. With over 1000 employees, reported revenues exceeding EUR 100M, and an order book over EUR 200M, the company became Belgium's second Walloon Unicorn in December 2025 after closing a EUR 20M fundraising and refinancing round reserved for existing shareholders and employees, valuing the company at approximately EUR 1B.
