VibeLab

VibeLab is an AI transformation studio in Ghent, founded in 2025 by Hendrik De Winne. It describes its work as making companies AI-native: strategy, implementation, engineering and education.

The company sets and executes AI strategy for organisations, from audits and use-case discovery through 30/60/90-day roadmaps, embedding AI into workflows, building custom agents and automations, and training teams. It positions this as four pillars: strategy, implementation, engineering and education.

VibeLab also runs community events in Ghent. It hosted an official Anthropic Claude Code event in collaboration with TechWolf, a hands-on evening of live coding, and lists further Claude Code deep dives, founder sessions and an AI hackathon on its community calendar.
