I-care Unicorn Round 2025

I-care raised EUR 20M at a EUR 1B valuation in December 2025, confirming its Unicorn status.

The round brought I-care's valuation to EUR 1B, adding it to Belgium's growing list of unicorns. The Mons-based predictive maintenance company had previously been noted for its 2024 valuation milestone and continued to attract capital as industrial AI demand accelerated.

The EUR 20M raise in December 2025 strengthened I-care's balance sheet for further international expansion, particularly in industrial markets in North America and Asia.
