Its Mid-Cap strategy targets European companies in the EUR 100M to EUR 1B enterprise-value range. Astorg Mid-Cap acquired a 51% stake in Sofico in Q1 2024 (announced 21 November 2023), partnering with founders Gémar Hompes and Piet Maes and prior shareholder Apheon.
