Adrien Roose
Adrien co-founded Cowboy in Brussels in 2017 with a mission to build the best urban electric bike on the market. The company grew to close to 100,000 riders. Before Cowboy, Adrien co-founded Take Eat Easy (2012-2016), one of Europe's early food delivery platforms. He stepped down as CEO of Cowboy in December 2025 after the company joined the ReBirth Group.
As a serial entrepreneur, Adrien built two notable Belgian startups. Cowboy combined design excellence with hardware and software integration in the e-bike market.
