Alejandra Ortega
Alejandra Ortega is the CEO of specifix and is based in Barcelona. Since 2021 she has also been a global talent partner at Fut-Ure Global Talent Partners. Earlier in her career, from 2017 to 2019, she worked as a human resources specialist at Randstad.
She studied management and human resources at HEC Paris from 2014 to 2017, and spent an Erasmus semester abroad studying psychology at the University of Bucharest. Between 2019 and 2021 she completed a Master Universitario en Dirección de Recursos Humanos, in human resources development, at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
