Alexis Rodriguez

Alexis was born and raised in Venezuela and began his career at advertising agencies in Caracas, building web pages, applications and BTL integrations. He later moved into product and engineering leadership and is now based in Bogota, Colombia, where he leads the technology function of Jobgether.

He co-founded Jobgether in 2020 alongside Juan Bourgois and Alexandre Hernandez. Roughly half of the Jobgether team is based in South America, reflecting the company's remote-first operating model. The product is built around AI matching, curated remote-job aggregation and candidate optimisation tools.
