Overview

Jobgether was founded in May 2020 in Brussels by Juan Bourgois, Alexis Rodriguez and Alexandre Hernandez, with the platform going live in June 2021. The three co-founders had each spent more than a decade working remotely before launching the business. The company is legally domiciled at Avenue du Prince de Ligne in Brussels and operates as a distributed team across more than nine countries.

The product pairs an aggregated index of over 200,000 remote and flexible job listings from more than 40,000 employers with an AI Match Score that ranks how well a candidate profile fits a given role. Additional services include CV and LinkedIn profile optimisation, application coaching, and recruiter visibility tools. According to the company, more than three million professionals across 100 countries have registered.

In March 2023 Jobgether raised a EUR 1.4M seed round led by finance&invest.Brussels and 4Ventures, with participation from undisclosed business angels. The company has reported around USD 2.2M total funding to date. In October 2025, co-founder Alexandre Hernandez left the company to join Vivla in Spain.

Jobgether sits in the HR Tech sector alongside other Belgian job and workforce platforms, with a structural bet on the shift toward Remote Work and distributed hiring rather than on local employer markets.
