Andreas Withaeckx
Andreas Withaeckx is the founder of reqcon, based in Antwerp. He co-founded ReqCon in September 2024.
Before that he spent his career at Proximus, which he joined in September 2015 as a management trainee and big data expert. From September 2017 he worked as a data scientist, and from January 2021 he led a data science team, holding both roles until July 2022. In April 2022 he became data science team lead at Proximus Ada, and from January 2023 until August 2024 he was AI lead there.
He studied handelsingenieur at KU Leuven from 2009 to 2014, spending part of 2013 at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where he took a master in business engineering. In 2014 and 2015 he completed a Master of Science in Marketing Analysis at Ghent University. He attended Vita Et Pax College Schoten from 2003 to 2009.
