Ben Jacqmin

Ben Jacqmin is COO at ileo, based in Belgium. His stated areas of expertise are organisational transformation, leadership and coaching, HR crisis management, HR transformation, and people and culture.

Before taking up that role he was Head of HR & Change Management at The Cotton Group SA from 2023 to 2025, and Director Human Resources & Change Management at APB-Belgian Pharmaceutical Association-Association Pharmaceutique Belge-Algemene Farmaceutische Bond from 2020 to 2022. He was HR Manager and Change Manager at amfori - Trade with Purpose, and held change management roles at Euroclear, Colruyt Group and Siemens Healthineers, alongside work as a transformation consultant at convidencia.

Earlier he was a senior HR consultant at PwC, an HR business partner at GDF SUEZ Trading, BASE Company and Electrabel, and Associate Principal at The House of Excellence. He worked as a senior recruitment consultant at ING Belgium, UCB and EY, as a senior selection consultant at AXA, as senior HR consultant and partner at Career-Builders bvba, and in two spells at Accenture.

He holds a master's degree in human resources management from Ichec Brussels Management School and a bachelor's degree in marketing from EPHEC.
