Carl Annicq

Carl Annicq worked at Euroclear, the Brussels-based financial market infrastructure company, where he led a lean management transformation considered a benchmark in the European financial industry. He began his career at JP Morgan on Wall Street and subsequently joined Ubizen, the Belgian Cybersecurity company, as a member of the management committee in New York. He served as CIO at Raet, the Dutch HR software company. He co-founded Nova Reperta, a 50-person enterprise transformation consultancy (now part of Ardian's portfolio). He is currently a Partner at M80 Partners, a private equity firm focused on Benelux and France.
