
Gijs Van Laer
Van Laer holds a Ph.D. in cryptography and data security from Johns Hopkins University. He co-founded XFA in September 2021 with Lars Veelaert and leads engineering from the Antwerp base.
As CTO of XFA, Van Laer drives the technical architecture of a Zero Trust device security platform that secures BYOD, freelancer, contractor, and other unmanaged devices without the invasive footprint of traditional MDM agents.
