Jan Delaere

Jan co-founded Delaware after a career as a Partner at Deloitte Consulting. He also serves as Chairman of the Board at Delaware International. The company's roots go back to 1981 and it became the first value-added reseller for SAP in Belgium, building deep enterprise software expertise over decades.

Jan guided Delaware through the 2007 financial crisis by steering the firm toward an independent long-term strategy, a decision that accelerated its growth. The company now employs thousands of consultants specialising in SAP, Microsoft, and Digital Transformation.
