
Julien Losseau
Julien is an experienced entrepreneur in geospatial data and cartography. Before joining Sourse, he was a co-founder of La SMALA and served as COO of Nomics. He took over operational leadership of Stratos Solution (commercially rebranded as Sourse) in summer 2022, succeeding co-founder Benjamin de Broqueville in the CEO seat.
As CEO, Julien runs commercial deployment of Sourse's Horizon platform, which applies AI to aerial imagery for pipeline, road, and rail infrastructure operators. He led the company through its January 2025 round of 3.65 million EUR and the follow-on April 2026 raise of 2 million EUR with Namur Invest and Ethias Ventures.
