Luca Derumier

Luca Derumier is a co-founder of Codika, a company he started in January 2025, and is based in Belgium. He also co-founded Eucalyptus Records in July 2020.

Before Codika, he spent four years at CluePoints, joining in December 2020 as a research data engineer and moving into a machine learning engineer role in March 2022, which he held until January 2025. Earlier, at the Université catholique de Louvain, he completed a summer internship in July and August 2019 and worked as a tutor from September to December of that year.

He studied computer engineering and applied mathematics at the Université catholique de Louvain, earning a bachelor's degree in 2018 and a master's degree in computer engineering in 2020, with a year of study in artificial intelligence at the Instituto Superior Técnico in 2018 and 2019. He completed his secondary education at Collège Notre Dame de Basse-Wavre and at Leeton High School in Australia.
