Lucas Decuypere
Lucas Decuypere is the founder of Allegro Biotech, where he has been chief executive since January 2024. He is based in Gent. Since June 2025 he has also served on the board of directors of Biovia.
Between April 2019 and December 2023 he was managing director and partner at Intracto. Before that he founded Adagio and led it as chief executive from September 2011 to April 2019, and he co-founded Bakeronline, which he was involved with from 2011 to 2015.
He studied at KU Leuven, completing a master's in law between 2007 and 2009, a master's in management between 2008 and 2010, and a master's in applied economics between 2010 and 2011.
