Lukasz Kleczkowski
Lukasz Kleczkowski is based in London and has worked at Euroclear since June 2025 in a digital transformation and change role. He had earlier spent almost a decade at the same organisation, joining as a senior software developer in October 2014 and going on to serve as technical team lead, engineering manager, head of funds roadmap and, from September 2021 to December 2023, head of IT.
Before Euroclear he was a software engineer at mkodo from 2012 to 2014. He founded Inqium in April 2010 and was its managing director until February 2012. Earlier in his career he worked as a Java/J2EE developer at MCX Telecom and as a junior .Net developer at AnswerBack Interactive.
He studied computer science at Gdańsk University of Technology, taking a bachelor's degree in 2006 and a master's degree in 2011, and holds an associate's degree in digital electronic circuits from Torun School of Technology.
