Peter Vermeersch

Peter Vermeersch (also spelled Vermeesch in company communications) co-founded GeoDynamics in 2004 alongside Stijn Stragier in Kortrijk. The company started in track-and-trace and time-registration software and grew into a SaaS platform serving more than 3,000 customers in construction, service and installation, distribution and public sectors.

Vermeersch served as managing director throughout the company's growth phases, including a 2020 buyout by Ik Partners from Sofindev and the January 2025 sale to Dutch software group Blinqx. Following the Blinqx transaction, he and Stijn Stragier continue to lead GeoDynamics as managing directors and have become co-shareholders in Blinqx, signalling their continued operational involvement after the exit.
