Moore founded Accelleran in 2013 in Geel, Belgium, later relocating to Antwerp. The company develops software for Open Radio Access Networks, enabling enterprises to deploy private 5G networks using disaggregated, vendor-neutral components compliant with O-RAN Alliance specifications. Accelleran raised a EUR 6.8M Series B led by Cogito Capital Partners with participation from QBIC, Capital-E, and AAAF, and employs around 50 people.
