Xavier Pichon

Xavier Pichon leads Orange Belgium as Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the company's transition into a convergent fixed and mobile operator. Under his leadership Orange Belgium completed the EUR 1.8 billion enterprise-value acquisition of VOO in 2023, which doubled the company's fixed-line footprint in Wallonia and parts of Brussels. He has spent most of his career in the Orange Group across multiple European markets before taking the Belgian role.
